The requirements to open a business bank account for you:

• You own an LLC or a Corporation registered in the USA, and you have the EIN for it. Why do we need this?This is the main option to have a business bank account in the US. A legal entity also provides a corporate veil that separates your business assets from your personal assets.
• You have your ITIN (if you don't have a SSN).Why do we need this? Your ITIN is like a SSN, except it does not grant you citizenship. It serves to identify you as a tax payer in the US and this allows your bank account to remain in good standing without being closed unexpectedly.
• You have a website for your business. Why do we need this?A website will help us provide legitimacy of your business to Citibank. This will be crucial to build trust and move faster through the account opening process.
• You can provide a California address. Why do we need this? We act as your signer and we physically walk into a Citibank branch here in California. Citibank requires us to provide an in-state address.

Our process for $2497:

1. There's a $1497 Non-Refundable Deposit for Initial Discovery to start a Know Your Client procedure to conduct AML Anti-Laundering Screening and intake to gather relevant information from you.
2. After your LLC is registered and EIN is issued, we will appoint Ben B. as Signee/Manager on the account (Ben B. will not own any equity ownership in your company).
3. Once Discovery is completed and permission is granted from Citibank to open your account, the remaining $1,000 payment is made to officially open your business checking account.
4. After full payment is made, your Account Manager, Ben B., will physically open U.S. business checking account at Citibank on your company’s behalf.
5. You will have 6 months from the day your account is officially opened to replace Ben B. with your own Manager or you can come to the U.S. in person to remove Ben as your Signee and assign someone else or yourself as the Signee on your account (if you need a U.S. Visitor Visa, we provide that service as well - ask us for more details). If current Manager is not replaced within 6 months, Ben B. reserves the right to close the business account. If you wish to keep the account open after the initial 6 months but are not able to appoint another Signee for the account or come to the U.S. in person yourself, you have the option to pay $697/month for Ben B to continue managing your account.
