If you want to open bank account, you need to prove below things with bank:

2. Certificate of Incumbency/ Good of Standing;
3. Trading proofs;
4. Introductions from 3rd persons/organizations (depend);

When you incorporate the company, you only have the item [1], and the items from [2] to [4] will be consulted or included in banking support service.
